Terms of Service

1. Scope of Development Services

Onixim Software Company ("Onixim") delivers custom software development, cloud SaaS engineering, mobile application development, AI systems integration, and related digital consulting as defined in agreed Statements of Work (SOW) and service proposals.

2. Intellectual Property & Codebase Ownership

Upon completion of milestones and receipt of full payment as specified in the service agreement, 100% of all custom source code, documentation, designs, and intellectual property rights are unconditionally transferred to the client. Onixim ensures no proprietary vendor lock-in.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Both parties agree to treat all business plans, product architectures, customer records, and technical specifications as strictly confidential. Onixim executes mutual NDAs prior to reviewing proprietary materials.

4. Milestones, Invoicing & Payment Schedules

Software projects are executed under sprint milestones with clear acceptance criteria. Invoices are issued upon milestone approval, payable via standard international banking and electronic payment methods.

5. Warranty, Bug Fixes & Post-Launch Support

Onixim provides a 30-day comprehensive post-launch warranty period during which any defects or functional discrepancies relative to the agreed technical specification are resolved at no additional cost.
